  First I like to again thank them for a great laptop at a very good price; was received fast and well packaged. Also they were quick to answer my questions and sent me a charger with it.I have shown it to friends telling them to get his remaining ones of this type of business machine hard to find. Would buy again.

  The transaction went smoothly. Shipment was fast and the seller was awesome with great communication (and continues to be). Usps lost the package. They had NO status updates since it was scanned on (3/5/25) and advised me to get a refund and closed their case on it. THEN yesterday (3/20/25) it turned up in Dallas Texas at 6:36 am and was scanned with no recorded movement or scan since. I still haven't received and the tracking info says there is no definite delivery date. USPS is worthless!

  I can't say enough good things about this seller. The laptop was considerably better than described in the listing. It was very promptly shipped,(arrived 5 days sooner than the shipping estimate). The packing job was bullet proof. The seller did everything perfectly. A real pleasure to do business with. Thanks again.

  One of the best sellers I have had the pleasure of buying from to date. The item was very well packed with great care and was shipped very promptly. When a minor issue appeared, unknown to the seller, they quickly worked to help correct it with great understanding. Outstanding communication and was very quick to respond and polite.
