It took 6 days to find where the package had been thrown. The seller, on the other hand, never lost his or her cool. The neck itself is better than advertised. You have to see one first hand; the pictures don't show all the color in the abalone and all the inlay, pearl or abalone, is exquisite. Unbelievably affordable price.
