  I received the email asking for feedback but I had not received the items I ordered. I contacted the seller with my information. The response was very quick and very positive. Within a few hours, I received an email from the seller, informing me that another shipment had been prepared. It was taken to the Post Office and was verified as shipped. I received the items today in excellent condition. I am very pleased with my experience with this seller.

  Very well packed but still one (out of 10) bulbs broke. 10% was easily refunded by seller. after seller was notified through eBay. (only price plus tax refunded - shipping remained the same) Ordered Thursday May 8, 2025, and arrived Friday May 16, 2025 California - New York City.

  I had asked seller to make sure the item he sent was the one on 1st picture of his listing.He replied that was the one on sale.Later I purchased from him.Upon arrival,box did not match the one on listing.I contacted him,he said that by Ebay policy I shouldn't expect item to match listing's pic.He knew I cared but sent it knowing I couln't return for refund. He offered refund,I won't open a case.Item didn't seem to be legitimate.When I opened 1st tub, seal was detached,I opened 2nd one,same thing

  The item this buyer got didn't show an American Flag on the bottle vs the image we listed. We immediately offered a refund in deSPITE buyer indicating they opened the product rendering it unsuitable for return and resale. While we did advise the buyer of eBay policy that opening an item rejected based on external appearance is against ebay policy and can affect a refund, we NEVER told the buyer that we intended to enforce the policy and to deny a refund! Buyer simply chose not to return item!!
