  This item was a replacement from a return I had to make with the seller. Initially I called the number that come with the package and didn't get very far. The seller contacted me through ebay after leaving feedback and completely 180'd my experience. New item was exactly as described. Seller communication was very prompt.   Arrived on time and as described. The watch was a Father’s Day gift and he loves it! Seller was very responsive and helpful to my communications. I originally placed my order with an old shipping address. I immediately reached out and they were communicating with me to get the issue resolved. I actually had to cancel my order and reorder, but they made it so easy. Highly recommend this seller!

  All around I'm super impressed! Weeks before I pulled the trigger on what for me is an expensive purchase, I contacted this vendor several times, all of which were responded to promptly and answered all my questions. When I finally purchased, it was shipped pretty much immediately and arrived swiftly, with zero damage. Product was amazingly packaged, and the item itself seems to be in perfect condition!   A wonderful seller! Purchased a "Refurbished - Excellent" unit; what arrived was nothing short of a pristine new unit in its original box with the computer and accessories in their original factory coverings. Unit was well packaged inside another box, promptly posted, came within three days and easy to set up and run with all parts included. All this at a great price, and a one year warranty included at no additional charge. All communication great. I will give this seller any business I can!
