They are quick to communicate if there s an issue and endeavor to solve your problem. When I initially got the chair, a part was missing, and they shipped it out quickly. The chair, unfortunately, didn t pan out for me, and I didn t think they d allow a refund. They graciously allowed a return, which was something I didn t expect. If you ve felt unsure if this is the chair for you, it won t hurt you at all to give it a try!

At first I was skeptical because the listing didn’t show model numbers or any specific information other than what was featured in the images but the chair cam in a factory box and was exactly what was described.
