  UPS sent me a text message stating they missed me. I was home all day waiting on package. Needed tools to work on car. Can't speak with anyone from UPS or seller GSM USA. FTC? EBAY won't allow me to rate....If I receive package we shall see never again

  Now, I have to give an understanding to this seller who insists on requesting a signature for delivery, although a UPS tracking number will provide proof of delivery. My delivery was delayed due to inclement weather. The first attempt was answered remotely with our RIng doorbell, not knowing who the sender was. Bad enough, our delivery was delayed, but upon finally receiving it, it was poorly packaged . Needless to say , I can not recommend this seller
