    The item arrived in advertised condition! I did contact the seller when it appeared as though the package had been misdirected by the shipper. The seller asked me to sit tight because this occasionally happened and they felt everything was going to work out. They were correct. The package arrived even though the shipper's tracking information still said the package was over 700 miles away and not moving. It arrived one day later than eBay estimated and a day after the shipper predicted.

    Great purchase! The item arrived quickly and was packaged very securely. The quality is excellent and exactly as described, even better than expected. The value for the price is outstanding—definitely worth every penny. I’m very happy with this purchase and would gladly buy from this seller again.

    Ordered gray shelves, got white. Contacted seller, they offered a $5 refund on a $40 item. GFY...didn't offer to check with their distributer, whos' inventory is surely wrong due to I ordered same item from another seller...received same white shelves...FROM THE SAME DISTRIBUTER. No follow through from this seller to correct issue as they should. Bad thing is...the last few years buying on Ebay, I seem to have encountered more S#!TY sellers then I did 15 years ago. BUYER BEWARE WITH THIS SELLER
