  Prompt shipment, and the book arrived quickly. Better packaging materials could have been used, as it was shipped in a poly mailer sealed tight with zero padding to protect again bumps/damage, but the book arrived in acceptable condition. The description was vague, and it's not worth trying to send back. I'll still keep/use the books as is. Thanks.

  Mailed promptly in a bubble mailer. First cd had very faint scratches from the cardboard trifold sleeve it came In - the other two were mint. That's on Nugs for packaging like that - not the seller! Seller sent notes about when they were shipping it. Would buy again from seller - I'm happy!

  This clock is a wonderful item. However, it is the 02 model instead of the 03 model as the description stated. But, I love this clock, and definitely I will keep it. It arrived very quickly, and was very well packed. This is someone very trustworthy that you can purchase from.
