  Had a shipping delay with this transaction. Contacted the seller and was offered a refund. Turns out, it a USPS error, and I eventually received the item. The seller was understanding and was willing to take care of the issue, even though this wasn't his fault. I greatly appreciated his response and handling of the matter, and Iwould definitely purchase from this seller again.

  I am delighted with this pair of Lucite bookends that are of substantial size and weight, attractive and clean. Packed with lots of large bubble wrap to secure a safe, unscathed delivery, shipped in a sturdy, corrugated repurposed, cardboard box that the vendor cleverly wrapped in a lavender mailer!
