  Shipping was phenomenal, I didn’t realize that I purchased this product I believe in Ukraine. So I was a little worried I contacted the seller and they reassured me that it wouldn’t take two months to get to me. To my surprise, it got to me in about three weeks. Quality was fantastic. Fit like a glove just very good product overall. Seller was fantastic to work with.

  I’d like to mark this as negative, but the garment survived the poor packaging and is intact, so will mark it neutral. This beautiful wool jacket was squished into a flimsy plastic bag, and then shoved into a too small shipping plastic bag. It burst somewhere in shipping and its fabric was protruding when it arrived. There were several wraps of tape around the package when I received it today, trying to hold the garment in. I have inspected the garment and cannot find that any harm came to it.
