    Item did not arrive. That was no fault of the seller. It seemed to have got lost in the shipping process over the Christmas holiday period. I contacted the seller through eBay to let them know that I did not receive the item and provided the details of the purchase. The seller responded and gave me the option of a receiving a replacement item or a full refund. I opted for a refund, and the seller processed the refund the very next day. Very thankful for the refund and for the timely response
