    Just received my Dell XPS 15 9520, I placed the order on 7/07/25, and just 4 days later it’s already here, Texas to Philadelphia in just 4 days. The laptop came packaged in probably 6 pounds of bubble wrap, incredibly secure and riddled with fragile stickers. The laptop is a complete 1 to 1 of the description and advertised look. Specs exactly the same, visuals exactly the same. I happened to find the price of this laptop entirely fair, and even more of a steal than anything.

    Shipped quickly and checked out fine. All components were as described. Rear handle broke off in transit due to insufficient packing but epoxy can fix that.
