  Ordered a used computer. It was shipped out quickly and was received as described. It was properly packaged in protective bubble wrap. I had some problems during the initial setup. I contacted the seller for support, and we were able to resolve the issue within 24 hours. I recommend this seller. They are professional and handle complications promptly. I was skeptical at first because of the multiple scammers on eBay, but I was reassured after all my questions were answered. I also reached out to their phone number found of their website, and was provided excellent customer service.   Computers came in a box well protected, I like how they took the time to protect the computers properly, computers as described, only one was not very good, dirty and with many scratches, the others three were fine, definitely a good experience with the seller, good communication, will do business with them again.
