Items come well-packed, but not without excess or unneeded packaging, and the items are as described. My only complaint is FedEx as a shipping method. If my neighbors weren’t honest, I’d have never seen this package EVER. And the actual tracking was a nightmare (delivery date kept being changed at the very last minute, and updates were useless), but Tech Leaf is A+.

Seller was fast to cancel and asked no questions. Shipping was very fast and once the machine arrived i was impress with how new it looks. For a 10 year old machine it is in great shape. The inside of the machine was spotless and overall was exactly as the seller described. I did not check the box for accessories but got a WiFi dongle and power cord anyway. 10/10 seller.
