    Shipping was very quick with it coming just around eBay's estimation but a little bit earlier. Packaging was done with bubble wrap and paper all around the cooler. Small items like screws were also packaged well in small boxes to prevent them from being lost in the process of shipping. Description matches it exactly. I would have believed it was new and not refurbished - excellent. Value was perfect with it being around the price of new but with a small discount.

Packed in original new condition box with two cables and wall-wort power supply, inside outer sturdy box. Fastest possible shipping, mid-west destination, ordered on Monday and received on Wednesday. No problems, great eBay'er!

    Phone arrived in great shape! The only slight/notable flaw was clearly noted in both the description and highlighted in the images. Seller was very response to my questions and got the item to me several days before estimated. Top-tier seller, for sure!

    Packaging and shipping was great, sadly the item arrived broken. Not sure if it wasn't checked or shipping damage, contacted the seller and they helped me out with free shipping back and full refund upon seeing that the item didn't work. The price I paid was good since they helped me with a discount, sad that the item didn't work because everything else went smooth. Got a full refund, even though my item I had to return I'd buy again from the seller with how easy they made everything for me
