  Arrived with animal urine on the back on it! I had to throw it out in the garage can outside because he smelled so badly! The seller refused to refund me after I contacted them repeatedly. I will never buy from them again and advise others to take heed of my poor, unsatisfactory experience.

  This was a personal item that I owed for years and had hanging on my wall. It was in perfect condition when mailed to the buyer with no odors other than old pine. Since I did not get the item returned or even photos of damage as requested, I was under no obligation to issue a refund. My communication could have been better, but I dropped it while dealing with my brother in hospice. I have offered the buyer anything I have listed at my cost as consolation.
