  Dealer suggested several solutions to a pen that would retract or extract. We came to a mutual solution and dealer refunded almost all of the $20.00 to have repaired at Cross. Great service and understanding. Pen set arrived extremely well packaged and just as described with the one glitch. I would gladly purchase from the seller at any time in the future.
