Great Lakes Outpost was formed by a father/son duo who had a deep love of the outdoors. They have had adventures for years and have plenty of stories to tell! (Ask about the bear spray incident.) These explorers saw a need in the West Michigan area for a specialty outdoor retailer. Thus, they founded Great Lakes Outpost in 2016.

Whether you’re a weekend warrior or an expedition devotee, Great Lakes Outpost's locally owned and operated company understands the need for high-quality outdoor gear. How do we know that the right gear makes all the difference? Because we are passionate about all things outdoors, of course! We are a band of hikers, bikers, animals lovers, foodies, and music aficionados all with a desire to be outside and playing.

    Item as described, and great communication from seller. Package could have used a little more protection like a box (bubble wrap for goggle lens) but item arrived ok. USPS lost the item until seller notified them and got things moving again.

    Buy it now $399. I asked if it came complete with mounting rails? Response nobody knew. I offered $300 price less incase I had t buy rails. Declined. I asked no counter? I reread description it said yes Power mounting rails included. So I paid $399. Then after I paid I got well we will take $350 I said, I paid 399 refund me $50! Nothing. After it shipped I got message rails are not included do I still want it? I said refund me $100 for mntg rails. Nothing.I wrote again. Nothing. Game Players
