  This rule arrived with a broken cursor lens. I pointed this out to the vendor and he went out of his way to address the issue. He even bought another slide rule with a similar cursor and shipped it to me at no charge! I have purchased well over 1000 items on eBay over a roughly 15 year period and this vendor has demonstrated a higher standard for customer satisfaction than any other vendor I have used. If I could give him more than five stars in every category, I definitely would!!
