Seller refuses to give me partial refund for their neligemce nd suggest I return the item ktI contact Mattel about it. Some customer service. Buyer offered a lower price for the doll, and I accepted. When they stated they shoes were missing I offered a full refund upon returning the item that was sent. Buyer did not want this and wanted a partial refund for this. I offer refunds for items returned. No gas lighting from my part.
