  The item was delivered on time and the seller did an excellent job packaging the item so it would be protected. As it is a Christmas present, I was a bit worried that it would arrive in one piece, but I definitely appreciate the seller for going above and beyond with protection. While I didn't have any direct communication with the seller, the entire process went smoothly and I would buy from this seller again.

  Great seller. Communication. Object was as described. It was shipped in a timely manner and arrived perfectly with protective packaging. I have my propagation set up with ivy clippings in my bay window. He is a wonderful addition to my French furniture.

  Whilst I had initial concerns over the item description, the seller made a very generous partial refund, which has left me entirely satisfied. This is without doubt a very genuine seller, who took the time and the trouble to respond to and compensate for the issue I raised. As a consequence, I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

  I have since heard from the seller (who had not been able to respond to my initial message for valid reasons). They have explained the situation and have provided a very generous partial refund. This system does not allow me to amend my original rating but I can confirm that they are a very genuine seller and I would amend my rating to a 5* grade if I could,

  I have received many, and I mean many packages from EBay purchases over the years, and I would like to say THIS packing was the MOST outstanding effort I have every had the pleasure to receive!!! Delivery was to our home late at night in the pouring rain and set out through the night. By morning's light it was discovered, the cardboard box like mush yet the platter was safe in its many layers of bubble wrap and the entire edges were protected by foam noodles! Wonderful!
