This order was my second purchase and the plates are beautiful. One of the plates had a flaw and I contacted Cynthia sent her a picture and she sent me another plate and refunded the cost of my shipping her the defective dish. I wouldn’t hesitate to source this shop again.

Seller was a pleasure to deal with however item arrived poorly packaged & was loose rolling around the box. Not sure whether this was the sellers packaging or international crossover. Thankfully item wasn’t damaged.

So sorry to hear eBay international shipping did such a poor job. Your pin was definitely wrapped carefully with tissue and packaged with extra padding in a small box when I sent it to them. Glad it at least arrived undamaged. I will be sure to share this feedback with eBay.
