  "New" item was actually "Open Box". Wouldn't be quite such an issue except it's an electric toothbrush. HOWEVER... upon messaging the seller, they DID offer to send a complete 100% refund if we chose to return it... AND... they DID change the listings to "Open Box". So...credit where credit is due, seller *did* do the right thing in updating their listing after contacting them about it. And that's the kind of honesty which earns our repeat business time and time again. Will shop from again!

  BEWARE OF THIS SELLER. Seller misrepresented a braun beard trimmer. Listed trimmer as brand new. shipped it to me & then immediately msg me that trimmer is actually used. Now seller will not respond to my msg's. I have had to get ebay involved to get my money back. Seller is ignoring me. BEWARE 4 THIS SELLER IS A CON.

  Sold as "open box" item but otherwise product was in good/new condition and I was happy with the discounted price and the value it represented. Shipping was fast and arrived earlier than originally projected. A great seller I would be happy to do business with again.
