  Item was brand new as described. Feels sturdy and has good build quality. It was also delivered in multiple layers of black plastic to protect it from shipping damage. Both USB-A ports power on my fast charging wireless phone mount without problems thanks to QC 3.0. Would recommend buying from this seller.

  The seller is a very friendly and honest person. I will definitely buy from this seller again if needed. The tracking did not update on ebay side for some reason but the seller was very quick on answering all my questions and even went to the post office to check on my item. I am completely 100% satisfied with my item. It was delivered in new condition as description advertised and my dog is one very happy Ausie now with this bed! A+++ seller and I am one happy customer and have one happy puppy!
