  The product had a defect in it. I didn’t want to return it because it had a very high expense to return contact the customer service they offered me 50% back on what I paid for it. I think that was a pretty good thing I couldn’t use the product. It had a defect in it, but when somebody is willing to work with you, that’s good customer service.

  Seller shipped broken item. When asked to return for a refund, he processed it so I would be responsible for return shipping. The system claimed the seller provided a way to return it, however they only provided an address. Yet eBays return timeline says I should be able to return it for free…Needed to contact eBay to resolve. Bad seller. AVOID!
