  As always from this brilliant Seller a prompt communicative Service. Shoes boxed and wrapped securely for post. Free postage. Rieker ankle boots exactly as described and as new. Unfortunately, this is the first time I've returned an item to this Seller, as although a size 6 they were very small. I have an almost skeletal narrow foot, but the length of these boots seemed more like a 5. Great that this Seller accepts returns. Particularly as shoes are tricky to buy online.

  Unfortunately the description was not accurate, listing stated they were a size 12 (40 EU) but recieved a size 50 EU. Recieved a quick reply when I contacted them and the returns process was smooth, refund recieved quickly. Packaged well,.and the item recieved was in very good condition. I would buy again from them based on this experience despite the mistake.
