  I never did receive my vinyl decal and when I filed a complaint, I was given a full refund. However, if the seller would not have listed an item they did not have, I would not have tried to purchase it and thus require a refund. I'm thinking the seller was just trying to make a few extra bucks and seller hoped since it was a small amount I would not file a complaint.

  You NEVER contacted us! We do not keep decals in stock. We make every decal TO ORDER so we always have items to send out. We shipped your item but something happened to it enroute. Blame the post office, not us. Even if the post office lost it, we would of send a replacement. Before you leave bad feedback, PLEASE contact the seller. That would of solved everything.
