    As described, the product arrived promptly, and I appreciate the fast shipping. I would recommend this seller and would consider purchasing from them again. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the packaging, as it did not seem adequately protective. Given the potential for the battery to be punctured or bent during transit, this could be a concern for other buyers. I would recommend using a plastic container or similar protective packaging to prevent damage. That said, my iPad is working

    The battery arrived a bit after the scheduled arrival but to no fault of the merchant, however, it arrived in a professionally prepared packaging. It arrived in excellent condition and works as expected/intended ... the price was perfectly aligned with the average market cost, so with those points, I would definitely recommend and purchase again.

    Since the post office lost my item and they never updated on the tracking since March the seller has great communication and understood the situation and I got fully refunded . Highly recommend this seller.
