  As described, brass lift rings whose opening of 0.030 inches works out to 1-1/2 inches in O Scale. Shipped fast and arrived safely, but the box it was shipped in seemed like overkill for standard Precision Scale detail part packaging and size. Seems to me a small padded envelope, or even a first class envelope with two thin pieces of pasteboard, would have worked fine, and cost less. The 50 cents I saved over buying from Precision was lost to shipping costs, so the deal was a wash at best.
