  The album arrived well packed and in perfect condition and quality. It arrived after 4 weeks, much sooner than the estimated date. The seller was very kind and always answered my questions with a lot of care. Highly recommend this seller, I bought from them multiple items and I’m very satisfied. Even the price is much cheaper than other places.

  Todo perfecto, como siempre. Hago muchos preorders de álbumes a este vendedor y siempre me ha llegado todo perfecto. En el caso de haber cualquier duda o incidencia, la comunicación es rápida, fluida y siempre se ha solucionado rápida y satisfactoriamente. Los álbumes siempre me llegan en perfecto estado, bien protegidos y con todo tal cual se describe, con pob, photocards, etc. Y el tiempo de envío es bastante rápido.

  This seller is my “go to” for BTS items; everything is exactly as described, arrives relatively quickly from overseas, is packed well & always arrives in perfect condition (even if boxes they’re packed are a little messed during shipping), free shipping, multiple item purchase discount & occasional sales price. Also, I usually don’t comment about the specific BTS items. Their packaging is always great; but holy moly, the Proof Collector’s Edition truly is surprising & impressive!

  This is a hard to find item and exactly what I wanted. Seller answered a question that I had before I purchased. Great packaging. It look a very long time to arrive, but this was not the fault of the seller. Still, I do want to note that it arrived two days after the latest delivery estimate and, for something like a calendar, it matters a great deal. So, I recommend this seller, but if you are in the US, please know that it will take some time to be delivered.

  I had a great experience with this shop. I was concerned about the status of my order when the de minimis provision was removed and the store was quick to respond to my inquiry. I decided to keep my order and I am glad I did! I got the exact item I wanted and it arrived in PERFECT condition. The price wasn’t as expensive as other shops based in my country. I would order from this store again! Now I just have to convince myself that it is okay to throw the box away….

  Buying from this shop regularly and they have good prices, the human service is good and shipping time vs. cost is good. Package is a waterproof envelope with extra padding :) Items as described, are sealed and new in excellent condition!
