  My ladder has arrived. Many thanks for the email and tracking details you sent me.. you switched the delivery company to Yodel from Parcel Force and, having had problems with Yodel in the past, feared the worst.. but this time they came through with the delivery ok.. so one good delivery and four failures in the past.. things are looking up.. LOL.. Many thanks for your service the ladder is ace..
