  I purchased an item from this seller and it took approximately 3 weeks for it to arrive during the waiting period I contacted the seller multiple times to inquire about the shipment status unfortunately I only received a response after reaching out through eBay customer support the seller provided several excuses for the delay and assured me that I will receive a partial refund for the inconvenience which I never received.
