  I paid for the beautiful tray but it never shipped. I contacted the seller over 2 weeks later to kindly mail the tray. The seller never communicated anything back to me. eBay had to step in and refunded my money. This was a disappointing experience. I never leave negative feedback unless it’s really warranted.

  Wonderful communication by seller. Unfortunately a couple of the glasses arrived broken but the seller was wonderful about issuing a refund for the pieces and for part of the shipping. Excellent experience, would definitely purchase from this seller again. Thank you!
