  I will never order anything from the seller because they sent my item to wrong place refused to resend it’s back and wants me to pay for shipping went it’s supposed to be free and take one month 1/2 before I can get my refund that’s bad for business

  It’s been about 2 months since I ordered this flashlight. Still haven’t received. Seller says it was probably lost. He offered a refund or to send another. I still haven’t received either. I would prefer the flashlight. After I had placed the order for this seller, I found another seller at the same price. I ordered 4 from them. I received within about a week

  They sent me a completely different bulb, that was not the one I ordered, I have seen them a message and they didn't even read what I've wrote to please send the right one and send a refund so I can send the other one back not good communication and terrible customer service.
