  This was a good purchase, though it did not have the BASIC rom. Although that is why I bought it, and the seller did offer to take it back, I kept it with plans to do something with it in the near future. It is in excellent shape, has few blemishes, good quality and the price was right. The seller was very helpful and responded very quickly. I would buy from them again.

  I purchased a Fluke Networks LRPRO-LION backup battery and requested a return for an unused item. Unfortunately, the seller denied my request without offering any reasonable solution and simply canceled the return. This experience was disappointing. A fair and trustworthy seller would accept a return for an unused item and issue a refund. Denying a return without discussion or compromise feels dishonest and unfair.
