But I would buy many times over again. If I had a question they answered it. They even gotten me in the ways of spare parts and YouTube links and Etc. Wasn't pleased to find wasn't shipped in original box also without instructions, etc however there was paper with QR code/download instructions for manual for vacuum. Company/seller seems solid. Overall, Im happy as I could not have afforded this vacuum without purchasing refurbished and deeply discounted. I appreciate the 2 year warranty which was also emailed to me by Square Trade/Allstate, that was a definite plus. Would buy again from seller

They also shipped it in an extra sturdy box and it arrived within just a couple of days. I got a great price, my Shark looks like new, has all the attachments, works great and I love it!
