  This is my second purchase and wow- they are just fantastic. Customer support goes beyond anything in todays world. I contacted customer support because of something I did in error and they were able to get it taken care of immediately. My vacuum arrived super fast and it’s a beauty. This is the absolute best place to buy a vacuum. Thanks for such positive experiences!!!!!!!!

  Their customer service is flawless I actually got a vacuum that I wasn't morning per se but in the end their customer service was absolutely impeccable. But I would buy many times over again. If I had a question they answered it. They even gotten me in the ways of spare parts and YouTube links and Etc. Without a doubt some of the best customer service I've seen in a long time that alone makes them worth it I have decided that I'm just going to keep buying from them as I need it. I sure thl

  Seems fine, received in unused condition. Wasn't pleased to find wasn't shipped in original box also without instructions, etc however there was paper with QR code/download instructions for manual for vacuum. Company/seller seems solid. Overall, Im happy as I could not have afforded this vacuum without purchasing refurbished and deeply discounted. I appreciate the 2 year warranty which was also emailed to me by Square Trade/Allstate, that was a definite plus. Would buy again from seller

  This seller is excellent! My refurbished Shark Anti-Allergan Pet Plus Cordless Stick Vacuum arrived in excellent condition because every part was carefully individually wrapped. Nothing got banged up in transit. They also shipped it in an extra sturdy box and it arrived within just a couple of days. I got a great price, my Shark looks like new, has all the attachments, works great and I love it! It really is Good As New ... thank you so much!
