    The impact screen came in perfect condition and was the exact quality that I was looking for. Shipping was a little delayed but not by much and communication was a little slow but always responsive. I would recommend this product/company and also use them again.

    Order this product and it's only in North Carolina and I live in Kansas and it took two and a half weeks to get here. Absolutely unacceptable in today's day and age. Didn't realize seller does not take returns so putting this out there do not buy from this seller! I found a better option in the two and a half weeks it took to get here! Do not buy from this seller!! The seller had absolutely no problem charging my credit card immediately though but took two and a half weeks to ship it to me!

    The product did not match the description. Seller said to return, I did. Seller then used an eBay loophole to close the return but not before I shipped everything back. I’m out $1,000 and seller doesn’t seem to be in any hurry to resolve

    Note sure what he means by LOOPHOLE. sounds like hes trying to scam us. The TITLE says BOTTOM OF SCREEN. Yet the buyer thought it meant for the entire perimeter of screen. Cant fix stupid. took him 2 weeks to get us correct size of cage, so we could make the correct pads. We made the pads for him, custom. We went out of our way to make these and he then leaves this feedback. Waiting on return. DONT SELL TO HIM.
