  I'll start by saying I've bought a lot of new/refurbished & even used tech on Ebay and I have to say this was by far the best overall experience I've had buying pc parts on Ebay. Goldstar Tech was super responsive & very quick with updates, order shipped fast, arrived faster than anticipated, and was very well packed. Everything was as described, if you're thinking of buying refurb'd parts I couldn't recommend a better seller. 13/10 experience will 100% buy from again.

  Quality of component was of adequate specifications. Item arrived in perfect condition, and was fairly priced. Item appears to have been handled by professionals as it was packaged for shipping extraordinarily well. Item was clean and kept in order. Overall it's nice to be valued as a customer.   This Seller is Great. The VR2 headset was as described and with free shipping it came extremely fast. The actual headset is in great condition and it even came with the game which a lot of other sellers did not included, for a similar price or even more.   Had a great experience with this seller. I got my item for a very fair price and it arrived very thoroughly wrapped. I did have an issue with stick drift in the left stick, but the seller was very responsive and helpful when I brought this to their attention. They were able to provide an effective solution very quickly. Overall very pleased with my purchase, and would purchase from them again.

  I have bought from them before. Item always adequately packed. Shipping is prompt and this time they even contacted me about a difference in item represented and one shipped. They offered discount to correct situation. To me that says a lot.
