  An outstanding seller who is really helpful with great communication. I purchased two items separately and because both were posted together the seller refunded the postage cost of one and I didn’t even have to ask which says a lot about their honesty and customer value. Postage was therefore small, and the items packaged with great care. The items themselves were exactly as described and in amazing condition. 100% recommend 👍

  Great in every way. Great seller, amazingly efficient, item actually delivered by Royal Mail in less than 24hrs of order being placed! Item exactly as described, very competitively priced and well wrapped and packed. Truly astonished by the level of service and speed of delivery. It doesn't get better than this!

  Item as described. Well packed and protected. Please not that it was actually packaged together with another item bought from the same seller that was sent by "Freepost" Therefore the Royal Mail postage charge of £2.99 should not be taken. Any chance of a refund? Thank you

  Anyone can make a mistake, what matters is how you react to it and make amends. I was sent the wrong product initially but this seller was very quick to apologise and rectify the issue. I now have the item that I wanted. It was delivered quickly and it's exactly as described. I would have no hesitation in buying from this seller again. In fact, their excellent customer service would make it more likely.

  Item and box arrived in the condition advertised by the seller. Just some worn out cardboard on the box containing the model. The model itself is pristine and high quality. The delivery time and packaging were both sufficient to the task. I would shop again.
