  You won’t find better customer service on eBay. They shipped me the wrong item, but they were very responsive and turned the situation around in about a day. Their product is nice quality. Their packaging was smart and avoided damage to easily-damaged items. I will order from them again.

  I've been ordering from golden state art for a long time, and I'm always quite happy with what I receive. I ordered multiple items in my most recent order, and one of the items was absent (the first time this had happened out of the many times that I ordered). I contacted golden state art about it, and immediately they sent out a replacement which arrived within 2 days. I was very happy with the way the handled their mistake. Thank you very much.

  The product I received wasn't a "wood product", but was good quality, price, condition and looked really nice, but I needed something heavier, for the art I was framing. The seller stood behind the product and issued a full return quickly. I wouldn't hesitate ordering from this seller, because they actually have integrity. You learn who a business is, when there's a problem and they correct it without question. Great seller!!
