  I ordered this item on the 13th and I had multiple delays so I didn't receive the item till the 28th. I was a little disappointed to see that the item was left to Evri to deliver as I haven't had a positive experience with them but I was patient with them before messaging the seller to let them know that I hadn't yet received it. The seller was great in communicating with me and was apologetic, I asked for a refund which went without issue and was even told to keep the item when/if it arrives.

  The seller contacted me as my address was too long for the shipping address. It was sorted out quickly and my parcel sent as arranged. On arrival one of the items wasn’t working properly. I contacted the seller who handled it brilliantly . They immediately offered me a refund for the item which I accepted. The seller has handled everything to do with my purchase in a very professional, prompt and courteous manner and I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

  Came with candles and stuff that I didn’t even realise was included in the bundle delivery was fast and packaged well brilliant customer service also they were fast insuring me that my parcel will be with my by the date I needed it and if anything went wrong they would send a new lot asap so I had it for the big day and even messaged to make sure the parcel was okay and delivered fine once it arrived top class service 5⭐️ highly recommend brilliant customer service which is very hard to find
