  This is the second time I've purchased these mailing label blanks from this seller. They are a high-quality product. They were packaged perfectly: we had rainy weather the day they were delivered and they spent a couple of hours in our mailbox before I retrieved them. The outer wrapping was waterproof, and they were in a sturdy flat box wrapped in plastic too. Finally, the labels themselves were wrapped in plastic. They arrived dry, flat, and quickly too.

  As a seller on eBay myself, I understand that sometimes there are issues beyond my control, after I have shipped an item. In this instance, my order was lost after the seller shipped it. The experience was positive because the seller responded to my inquiry , followed up with me, and finally issued a full refund once they determined that the item could not be located. This is how customer service should work. I consider this to be a positive outcome.
