  Very good seller, they identified a problem before sending it and gave me a partial discount. The item arrived very quickly in its original packaging. Unfortunately I could not get it to run at all. The seller very quickly gave a full refund and I returned it. No complaints about the seller all - very quick and efficient with excellent comms. Would recommend.

  The coffee machine speared to be in good condition when unpacked but there was no mention of its history in the description that accompanied it Unfortunately there was a vital piece, the frother and steamer, missing The company offered a discount or full refund after being notified but I did manage to track down a lower priced machine that included the frothier and accepted a £30 refund from the seller as I didn’t want to return the original machine. I feel the seller handled the problem well
