    Even though I never received this item (darn FedEx) I was impressed by this seller. She was quick to respond to questions and went out of her way to resolve the delivery issues. When it became clear FedEx lost the package a refund was issued.

    The item was lost in transit and unsuccessfully delivered. However, seller went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Seller was quick to respond, provided a refund without issue, and offered additional efforts to make the situation good. Despite initial frustration, I purchased the item a second time due to the quality service of this seller. I also plan on leaving a review once the second order (hopefully) arrives.
