  Good eBay seller. Item as described, well packaged and seller shipped the item immediately. I received tracking infromation from the US Post Office, but for some unknown reason the Postal Service seemed to want to keep this item for themselves for a little while and held on to it for a time before actually delivering it to me. The seller did a fine job and the item was good. Would be happy to business again.

  Item arrived severely damaged, packaging was inadequate for the weight and nature of the product. While seller was prompt to issue a refund, they filed an insurance claim and I received a summons to appear at the post office on their behalf. So not only did I receive a damaged item I now have to take time off work to deal with their insurance. Overall this was not a good buying experience; please learn how to appropriately pack and ship heavy electronics so they arrive intact.

  Yes, your item arrived damaged and I understand your disappointment. I'm always learning and will use this info to do better in the future. As far as the summons from the post office, I've never heard of such a thing, and neither has Google. It sounds like you misconstrued some communication from them.Please don't interrupt your work day by going down there on my behalf. Overall this has been a poor selling experience, Please learn to show some people a little grace. Appreciate the feedback.
