  Pictures of the item ordered were a little deceiving; it was is worse shape than the pictures made it appear. Also, the item shipped was not the same model number of the item in the listing. When I reached out to the seller to discuss this, all of my messages were ignored. The item was shipped quickly and packaged well, though. The model number mixup could have been an honest mistake, but ignoring my messages is inexcusable for a seller.

  Shipping was fast. The item was very well packaged and protected. It arrived exactly as pictured and was very clean. After plugging it in to test, it worked without issue. The internals were in perfect condition. The seller provided a great deal and delivered great service on top of that. I couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you!

  Item was as described. Just required a little bit of cleaning. Seller packaged item very well which probably saved it during shipping. Box was managed upon arrival, but item was intact due to the care. Would for sure recommend seller!
