    There was a mix up & I recieved the wrong item . Seller was very apologetic, offered a refund & a coupon for a future purchase. It worked out fir the best as even if it was correct I had made a mistake on the sizing so a return would have happened either way. Seller was wonderful & responsive, refunded within the day I shipped for a return. Would purchase from seller again.

    Item arrived quickly after purchase. I was provided with a tracking number after shipment and this arrived even before the post office said it would. Item was very well packaged so no damage was done during shipping. Item arrived exactly as pictured / described. I am happy with this purchase as I was looking for a summer purse.
