  Arrived as described, seller claimed he was out of stock and tried to get us to request to cancel the transaction on our end which we refused to do. Seller did come through on delivering the product as described, but his selling practices are less than ideal and honest. I believe this it a drop shipper from Amazon.

  This seller deserves the highest rating. After shipping and tracking number issued the item was lost. The seller after learning of the loss offered a refund or send a replacement. If the lost item did arrived I was asked to inform the seller. Replacement arrived as described, and in perfect condition. A+++++++

  I purchased this refurbished part, it arrived quickly and "looked" in good condition. It cost $1800 to have the mechanic shop install this in my car. Within two weeks the rear differential failed. I reached out to the seller for a refund and initially they said, "no," there was no warranty. I found in their advertisement the warranty info. They agreed to refund me after I shipped it back. Shipping cost $274 due to weight, they are refusing to cover shipping costs. DO NOT do biz w/ this seller.

  First, u used it two weekends and said it has problem. Second, I check your error code, it is not my product problem. And at last, I accept return for full refund , but it is not my responsibility to bear the return shipping cost, You can check the return policy on my listing clearly. I have paid to ship it to you. Sincerely.

  my seller shipped promptly and was a good communicator. unfortunately my order was lost as were three of the last five things i have ordered on ebay. this is not the sellers fault but it gives me pause to consider other products on this site
