    Perfect seller, very kind, answered for all questions that I had. Laptop works also perfectly, clean and fast. Delivery was very very fast, came even before scheduled date.     Seller sold a laptop with a problem and will not help other than tell me to contact HP, However the warrantee has expired so I can't get their help without paying for it and the cost of shipping to HP. got a local gut who will fix it for less but the seller will not cover the cost. Seller will also not cover the cost to send it back to them for a refund.

    Buyer from Virgin Islands attempted extortion, demanding $105 for a fake repair with no proof. He lied, left false feedback, and refused all real solutions. We offered a 6-month warranty or full refund with FREE shipping, but he only wanted money. No real issue was reported. Malicious and dishonest behavior. We do NOT recommend this buyer and already reported him for fraud. We honor all legal warranties if false claims are retracted. Check our reviews—our commitment speaks for itself.
